Imperial Offices provides virtual office space, physical workspace, and technology services. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Workspace services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Tenants and users agree not to use Imperial Offices premises or services for illegal activities, harassment, or activities that interfere with other tenants.
Imperial Offices is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Imperial County, California.
